Recipients

Data is accessible to authorised personnel at Menua Consulting, strictly within the scope of their assigned duties and engagements. It may be processed by technical service providers bound by formal data processing agreements for hosting, maintenance, messaging, IT security and CRM management.

Menua Consulting does not sell, lease or transfer personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Access outside the European Economic Area

In connection with certain client engagements, Menua Consulting may deploy staff, partner entities or vetted service providers located in France, within the European Union, or in countries outside the European Economic Area, notably in Cameroon and, where applicable, other African jurisdictions. Where strictly necessary for the delivery of the engagement, relevant operational data may be accessed by them solely within the boundaries of the tasks assigned to them and under the direct supervision of Menua Consulting.

Prior to any access from a jurisdiction outside the European Economic Area, Menua Consulting establishes the contractual safeguards and security controls required by applicable data protection regulations. Access is individualised, restricted to strictly necessary data, auditable, monitored and revocable. It is governed by binding non-disclosure agreements and, where required, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) alongside appropriate supplementary technical and organisational measures.

No data is made accessible from a third country without a legitimate operational requirement tied to the engagement, and until the applicable contractual, organisational and technical safeguards have been validated.

Retention

• Contact requests and prospects: duration of follow-up, then up to two years from the last active contact.
• Applications: duration of the process, then possible retention for up to two years after the last contact, subject to informing the individual and their right to object.
• Contractual data: duration of the relationship, then archived according to legal obligations and applicable timeframes.
• Security logs: duration proportionate to the security and traceability needs defined in internal documentation.

Security

Menua Consulting implements measures intended to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability of data, in particular authorization management, strong authentication, logging, backups, communications encryption and access limitation according to missions.

Rights

You can, under the conditions provided by regulations, request access to, rectification, erasure, limitation or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. When processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
