Menua Consulting does not sell, lease or transfer personal data to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

Access outside the European Economic Area

In connection with certain client engagements, some operations may, where required, be performed by MENUA teams from outside the European Economic Area. Any access to data is limited to what is strictly necessary for the relevant scope and is subject to the applicable organisational, technical and security safeguards. Access is individualised, monitored, auditable and revocable. The applicable arrangements are specified contractually where required by the nature of the engagement.

Retention

• Contact requests and prospects: duration of follow-up, then up to two years from the last active contact.
• Applications: duration of the process, then possible retention for up to two years after the last contact, subject to informing the individual and their right to object.
• Contractual data: duration of the relationship, then archived according to legal obligations and applicable timeframes.
• Security logs: duration proportionate to the security and traceability needs defined in internal documentation.

Security

Menua Consulting implements measures intended to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability of data, in particular authorization management, strong authentication, logging, backups, communications encryption and access limitation according to missions.

Rights

You can, under the conditions provided by regulations, request access to, rectification, erasure, limitation or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. When processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
